Weren’t the reviews delayed because there’s supposed to be a huge software update that changes things so much that this isn’t representative of anything you’ll get to use? Supposedly. This will be a curiosity for retro enthusiasts 20 years down the line.

Yea but it’s like… A week and a half away. This would have been interesting a year ago, but this could have been released on purpose by Nintendo and have little fanfare. At this point its a “get ready for how to use your new device” event.
