Hi everyone, here’s your reminder it is actually Tuesday and not Monday at the start of this working week.
Hi everyone, here’s your reminder it is actually Tuesday and not Monday at the start of this working week.
We might do it again at some point. There was no point going to beaches or piers because of the weather so that could be on the cards for next time
Plus Dan copped all the heat when every major outbreak could be traced back to Gladys
We got back today. The trip was alright overall but everyone was a bit sick in different ways. The room was tiny, so I’ll have to be not so cheap next time I decide to go somewhere.
It would have been alright but my girlfriend felt like she was going to throw up most of yesterday so we didn’t have dinner out, which means the boys spent all evening wrestling each other in a tiny hotel room.
Otherwise, we did the dinosaur park, the mornington tourist steam train, and got a great tour of the flight training airport next to the hotel. It was a good trip but a little exhausting at times dealing with the kids.
There are things to do down that way if we went there again, but I don’t think I’m going to rush down for another trip straight away
That sucks to hear. I’m sorry you’re all going through this
Just after the controversy with the Launceston Mayor and the Falling In Reverse guy
I preemptively bought more pseudo cold and flu tablets and good thing I did, I’m really feeling it now.
At least I have enough hard drugs to get through the long weekend
My really boring answer to this is go see my financial advisor and get things set up so I can live like I do now but without the work
I think I’ll get a big fast SSD for the computer to put Linux on. I might as well find things to claim in the EOFY sales because I’ve been getting tax bills the last couple of years. Might as well spend and claim
I think the solution is Australia need more public transport so they can work on their manners
As long as it’s not too high and scary this might be interesting
That’s the sort of thing they’re all about, thank you
Decided to book some nights down near the peninsula for the long weekend. There is a dinosaur park and children’s farms that should keep the boys busy.
It’s meant to be cold and wet, so no big adventures, but its a part of Melbourne so far away we wouldn’t bother going down there otherwise because it wouldn’t be worth the time
I used to think I was bad at graphic design and creative work, but now I think the problem is Adobe software. After being able to punch things out in GIMP, Inkscape, and Davinci Resolve, I tried to do some basic work in Premiere Pro at work and hit the same walls I did in Photoshop.
Maybe the problem isn’t me, it’s that the software is laid out like shit. Plus, the workflow for every adobe product is different, whereas there is at least some consistency between entirely separate FOSS equivalents.
She needs to go to the Grove Street barber in San Andreas
I probably wouldn’t base anything off US high-speed rail based on the progress in California
I haven’t got my morning rain strategy down yet so I drove in today. I’ll take it as a leg break and maybe take the analogue bike tomorrow
There’s a real frog and nature theme running through his work. I wonder if he’s like a biologist or something and just makes harsh noise goregrind on the side
I remember the on the spot fines were so people wouldn’t contest fines in court since Myki wasn’t sound enough to holdup to legal scrutiny.
The inspectors were just there to scare people into making a quick buck so they wouldn’t contest the shaky system the tickets were built on.
It’s great your manager is so understanding. Maybe it’s a hint at how they feel too
