That’s a big difference, what did you use?

Shhhh!
knocks on wood
Good luck to your mum!
This is why you always have an extra tin for them
screams
Calories are to maintain your body and allow you to live life. You’re doing a good job at living
Physical exhaustion is kicking my arse. I have to gather energy to get up.
Been there. Can you make some clear broth from cube and have it with a few crackers?
Half strength ensure made with hot water and a splash of milk for cooling is a good warm drink to slowly sip.
Is it possible that she could stay with someone during her recovery from major surgery and/or palliative care to protect her from this?
This is really not a safe or reasonable expectation - especially if he’s able bodied and simply considers the job beneath him.
Plus ICE, and reporters being shot with rubber bullets.
…I dunno about that part. Didn’t the revolution eventually result in Stalin? :/
I’m desperately trying to ignore it all.
Israel has gone for Iran which I saw in passing, and looking now apparently the US might get involved. I don’t really like discussing US politics but kind of wishing we weren’t allied right about now
The prices on everything have gone up… Feeling guilty about spending ‘unnecessarily’ even though items weren’t bought for no reason.
Melbcat’s calming supplement has gone up an eye watering amount and I’m wondering if she needs it every day. I could have just given her extra of a different medication but this was safer for her.
The ‘large’ litterboxes for senior cats also arrived and they are absolutely tiny. Even with the low side she’s not going to be able to use them properly much less step comfortably in.
I should have just cut down the sides of her existing ones but the thinner smaller ones tend to overly crack and have sharp edges, and the plastic of the large nursery trays is too thick unless I use a mini hacksaw. Which could be challenging.
I got a tub of Cerave cream because my face is being extra angry (despite me treating it better than I was?) and found one without niacinimide… Hope it at least is tolerable to use, not irritating or too heavy. I really wish I could use sorbolene or cheap vitamin e cream but there’s something in those that burns my skin.
I have some food grade glycerin that can be diluted 50/50 but that might still sting at this point. I’m thinking seriously about what else to try. My skin doesn’t react well to oil at all otherwise it’d just be the cheapest coconut oil.
Eating enough, lots of fluids and a lot of sleep
Googled ‘brown and yellow bird long beak nectar’… Might be an Eastern Spinebill?
Freaked out thinking I had something on today and was going to be late… it’s Sunday. Back to computer.
That was my immediate guess
Melbourne is cold and depressing
Melbcat was served a warm breakfast in bed (as she often is) and is now washing herself
Ok, quick bedding change when Melbcat briefly got up. Quick cycle rewashing of a forgotten load.
When I get up again I’m going to replace the bin bag, throw out the stuff on the bench and empty the litter boxes.
Nothing got done today. Melbcat and I are being slugs
Gorgeous little princess. Melbcat is a bit heavy for me to do this but maybe next time an improvised baby wrap might hold Sox close and stop the headbonking of your hands
