Trying a new gym class tonight and I’m actually very nervous. My fitness has slipped so much, am looking for something to inspire me!

Out for dinner with friends and it was… fine. Come midnight and I’m in the kitchen devouring half a bag of chips, so maybe it could have been better/more filling as I’m generally not a late night snacker - especially with boyo is already asleep!
