Men want one thing, and it is this.
I’ve had this happen when using VPN. I also tried disabling ublock, but I get this behavior for 5-10 seconds before the video loads. I get no such behavior on Chrome.
This is probably another attempt at Google degrading the experience for people not using Chrome.
The right is looking for the stinkiest turd and don’t care who gets nominated as long as they stink. The left is looking for a unicorn and will not compromise for a horse that will eventually grow a horn.
God forbid the left nominates candidates that do things one step at a time but are guaranteed success. Everything needs to be done correctly now.
You could swap the names Musk and Trump and it would still be true.
You all need to remember the target audience of these consoles - Nintendo streamers and children. These people do not care about HDR as much as your traditional PC gamers do. They are going to cut corners to make the console as cheap as possible and only as powerful as needed for their gimmicks to run smoothly.
I dislike the Switch 2 and Nintendo for many reasons, but the lack of good HDR is not one of them.
Edit: realizing after the post this is a Nintendo group, so I am prepared for my downvotes.
I didn’t know there was a feed. The subscription page is what I have bookmarked, not the home page. People have complained about not getting notified of new videos, but that hasn’t happened to me once in the 15+ years I have been using YouTube.
It is in the name. It is a markup language, not a programming/scripting language.
Not a hot take at all. Asking someone to go from a GUI heavy operating system to a command line heavy one and be just as productive is lunacy. Like all major changes it is important to ween off the old thing.
My biggest hurdle with the switch has been permission related issues, and you can’t deal with those cleanly with a UI, and every help thread under the sun throws out a bunch of command line commands giving a solution without explaining why those changes are needed. It may seem like Unix 101 to experienced Linux users, but it is really cryptic to newcomers coming from operating systems that are…cough more lenient with their permissions.
There is also a mentality that UIs are much more idiot proof than command line. UIs are written by people who actually know the OS so we can’t accidentally delete our home folder because of a typo. It is a very legitimate concern.
You have it backwards. As with all things beauty, it isn’t about having the courage to do it - doing it gives you courage and confidence.
