Yeah sorry that’s my fault. I literally started to learn to code 2 months before all the articles started… Then all the YouTube videos were “no one will ever hire JR devs again!” and so I stopped. Since I’ve stopped it looks like the consensus has gone back to “learning to code is still a good idea.”
I’ll let other people enjoy a good life, so I won’t try to learn it again and ruin it for everyone I’ll stay in this shit factory lol

The game has a new game + type mechanic that allows you to grow stronger in a specific way that I won’t ruin. Unfortunately that means focusing on an outpost or series of outposts becomes somewhat pointless.
Depending on whether you care about the extra strength or not, you could either play through a few times to build up that strength, or just stick to your single game and build your outposts there.
Aside from what I wrote in the spoiler (which I hope really didn’t spoil anything) if you’re on PC I really suggest giving the Star Wars Genesis mod a try when you’re done! It’s a complete overhaul and it’s pretty damn cool!

My parents split when I was a baby and my mom always seemed to end up with some asshole who didn’t make much money and she didn’t work. I’d get yelled at for using a whole can of tuna and pasta was pretty much a nightly dinner. The only time we had things like Burger King was when they’d have their $1 whopper deals.
Now, I work in a factory and live in someone’s garage but at least I’m not living paycheck to paycheck. I can buy what I want within reason but with my upbringing it’s pretty hard to ever justify spending more than $500 on a single item. Upgrading my computer is the only time I spend that kind of money and I can justify it because it’s my main source of entertainment.

I don’t really understand this. What’s the difference if I watch a Disney movie and make pictures? Midjourney isn’t selling the pictures, I think that’s where it gets to be illegal.
If my printer has the capacity to print what I created and it’s a copyrighted thing then do they sue Epson or me? It’s just taking the work out of being artistic, but I don’t see how it’s different than me making the image myself as long as I don’t sell it.

A RAID is essentially a way to have multiple “hard drives” connected in a way that looks as if it’s one drive so you can have a ton of storage.
A NAS is a sort of like a remote storage device. Not quite a PC, but more than just a storage drive.
Not sure how you’d go about doing any of that with a MacBook.

All that aside, I used to be a repair technician for a specific brand of ice cream machines and out of all the types of stores and kitchens I’d go in to, country clubs were almost always the worst. I’m glad I’m too poor to ever go into one through any door other than the service door.

I actually went back to give star citizen a shot since they added these “flight school” type missions that actually pay pretty well. It’s a chill experience to just pop on after work and do like 6-8 of them since they only take a few minutes each and then log off.
Other than that I found this game hard time 3 that is absolutely unhinged madness. It’s a janky messy game, but it’s fun chaos to mess with for a bit. It’s free on mobile, but I bought it on steam. It already has a horrendous camera and dealing with that on mobile is just asking for an aneurysm.
It’s covid inflation all over again! Even things that weren’t affected by supply chain disruptions went up because greed! Yay greed!
